Question: My account is suspended due to 6 errors. What should I do?

Answer:

If you clicked 6 times by mistake within less than a week, you will need to open a support ticket.

• We verify whether the errors were accidental or caused by autoclicking, as we have the exact date and time of your clicks.
• The error counter resets every Thursday at midnight.
• Mistakes can happen, but using "lag" as an excuse is not a valid argument.

Important:
If lag occurs and you accidentally click twice on the net, two menus will open. To avoid mistakes, close all menus and click again.

This means that even if lag or server slowdowns happen, the menu will always appear.
So, be patient and do not repeatedly click on the net button, or you risk making errors that could lead to suspension.
