Answer:

Open a ticket to request the installation of the nectar. Click on "Open a Ticket" and select Technical Support Requests (Land Owner Only). Fill out the form and make sure to grant the group to Utopiasales Resident so they can rez on your land, or open your land to allow rezzing.

Once the ticket is submitted, a staff member will handle your request.
