The issue can arise because CasperTech has a limit on how many updates can be processed per hour for a product. Don’t worry! You can try again in about 1 hour. The cache generally stays for about an hour.

To update, you have two options:

  1. Click and hold the object for 3 seconds, which may trigger the update when possible.
  2. Take the object back into your inventory and then rez it again to prompt the update.
