This message typically means that either:
- You already have the latest version and it’s just stored in the cache.
- You don’t have the latest version, but a previous request is cached, which sometimes happens when there’s an update request pending.
The issue can arise because CasperTech has a limit on how many updates can be processed per hour for a product. Don’t worry! You can try again in about 1 hour. The cache generally stays for about an hour.
To update, you have two options:
- Click and hold the object for 3 seconds, which may trigger the update when possible.
- Take the object back into your inventory and then rez it again to prompt the update.
Try these methods and the update should go through!
