Question: I have an update to make in the Cultivation section on a product, how should I proceed?
Answer:
When we announce an update, we always provide a notice in the group along with an attached notecard that contains the instructions for the update.
Steps to follow:
- Check your notices in the group to find the announcement and the associated notecard.
- Follow the instructions in the notecard to update your product.
If you didn’t receive the notecard:
- You can ask for it in the group, as another player may have it and can share it with you.
- Contact a staff member, and they can provide it directly to you.
