Companions are special butterflies born from Breedables. When equipped, they grant bonuses that enhance your hunting experience and evolve as you play.
A Wide Variety of Companions 🦋
Each Companion is unique! Not only do their bonuses vary, but their appearance is determined by the outcome of butterfly breeding.
This means there are countless possible combinations to discover, making every Companion truly special.

A Companion is a unique butterfly that grants stackable bonuses during butterfly hunts. These bonuses combine with those from your Nectar, Potions, and Player Level. Each Companion consumes Nectar Juice per hunt and gains 1 XP for each participation.
Each Companion can have up to 3 active bonuses:
These bonuses can stack and combine with all other gameplay enhancements.
Each hunt grants your Companion +1 XP and consumes 1 Nectar Juice.
Upon reaching Level 10, your Companion becomes Evolved.
Evolved Companions cannot be used anymore but remain in your collection as a symbol of mastery.
🦋 Through Breeding: Companions are obtained from Eggs generated during the breeding of Breedables butterflies (Gen 3 or higher).
🛍️ Through Trading: If you don’t breed butterflies yourself, you can purchase a Companion from other players.
A dedicated Market is available on the official website where players can list and purchase Companions.
1️⃣ Rez your Companion Egg in a rez-enabled area.
2️⃣ Click it and start the hatching process using the Hatch button.
3️⃣ Once hatched, take your Companion into inventory and Add it to your avatar.
Once hatched, the Companion becomes bound to your account permanently and cannot be transferred.
Players can access the Companion Interface via their Celestial Hunt HUD
When a Companion is equipped, a Butterfly icon appears on the side of the HUD.
This interface displays the Companion’s information and includes a dedicated menu. The menu is only accessible when a Companion is equipped.
Always move your Companion while in Resting or Static mode, never while Roaming!
What is Nectar Juice?
Nectar Juice is the essential food required for Companions to participate in hunts.
Each hunt consumes 1 Nectar Juice, which allows the Companion to gain 1 XP.
How to Obtain Nectar Juice
Players can obtain Nectar Juice through:
Crafting: Players can craft Nectar Juice using the Potion Maker, which becomes accessible at Player Level 8.
Trading: Players can purchase Nectar Juice from other players on the Nectar Juice Market available at Celestial HQ.
Only one Companion can be equipped at a time.
Bonuses are automatically activated as soon as the Companion is equipped.
Swap between Companions strategically to optimize your hunting sessions.
Make sure to keep a supply of Nectar Juice to keep your Companion active!
Use the Companion HUD Interface to personalize and manage your Companion effectively.
Combine Companion bonuses with Potions and Nectar to maximize XP gains, butterfly value, and hunting efficiency.
Regularly check the Market to find Companions with bonuses that suit your play style.
Use Companions with Timer bonuses for shorter sessions or Value bonuses for higher profits.
Stock up on Nectar Juice to ensure your Companion levels up smoothly.
