Initially, no. On the main sim, flying to collect Blossoms is prohibited under the risk of being banned. On partner sims, it depends on their rules and sim settings. If flying is disabled on those sims, then flying will be forbidden. If the owner catches you flying, they can ban you and report that you have not followed the rules of their sim. Please note that you may also risk being banned from all Celestial Games.
