Question: Where can we find the starters?

Answer:
Starters are sold only on our partner sims or on the official main sim of Celestial Butterfly.

This means that starters will always be Generation 0, as no one else can obtain or resell a Generation 0 starter. Only starters purchased directly from our official vendors are true Gen 0.
